Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) is developing GO TO 2040, the
seven-county region's official comprehensive plan. GO TO 2040
addresses land use, transportation, and other quality-of-life issues such as
the environment, economic development, housing, education, health care, and
other social services.
